Everyone would want to have healthy eyes and functioning optimally. So, as soon as eye problems, although just keliliban, if not addressed soon, will interfere with your activities. Many things you can do to get healthy eye:
- Live a healthy lifestyle, for example by eating balanced nutrition. Expand to consume fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A.
- When activities in outer space, protect eyes by wearing sunglasses. And when you work with computers, make sure the monitor is already using glass layer filters to ward off the computer radiation. Rest your eyes after working 30 minutes in front of the computer. So that no dry eyes, frequently flashing eyes and an occasional switch to the outdoors.
